Abstrak

This community service program enhances household financial literacy and entrepreneurship skills among PKK mothers in Domo Neighborhood (RT/RW 01/02), Pasir Sialang (n=15). The intervention comprised two stages: (1) training on household budgeting, cash-flow recording, and spending evaluation; and (2) empowerment via hands-on production of tempeh and spinach chips, including cost calculation, packaging, and basic marketing. Using a pre–post design complemented by observation and documentation, we recorded substantial gains across five indicators: financial-management understanding (40% become 80%; +40 points), budgeting ability (45% become 75%; +30), cash-recording skills (35% become 70%; +35), entrepreneurial start-up skills (30% become 60%; +30), and entrepreneurial self-confidence (25% become 65%; +40). These results suggest that participatory, practice-oriented training effectively strengthens foundational financial literacy while building readiness for micro-enterprise. We recommend replication with follow-up mentoring on micro-financing, digital marketing, and product quality standardization to sustain
